Not sure which option is for you?
More information on the options below can be found on my “HypnoBirthing® Packages” and “HypnoMothering®” pages.

If you’d like to speak with me before signing up, I’m happy to chat with you (completely cost-free & obligation-free) either in person, via phone, or by Skype, before you commit to anything. If you’re not completely sure if the course is for you, I do recommend meeting with me first so you can make sure you are totally comfortable with your choice before committing, as deposits are non-refundable, and fees are non refundable once you have started the course.

To arrange a time to meet with me, please contact me via my contact form, or email me at janelle@trustbreathebirth.com.au and let me know a time that would suit you.

Is there a deposit required to book a course?
Deposits are to be paid the same day as you fill out this form and the remaining part of the fee is to be paid before the date of the first class (unless a payment plan has been agreed to). This enrolment form allows for instant payment of the deposit via PayPal, or you can select the direct deposit option and payment details will be emailed to you.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind about the course and fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

Once you’ve signed up, I will contact you to confirm the dates for your course.

When can a course be scheduled?
The dates for my group courses will be listed below when you select that option. If the dates listed below don’t fit in with your schedule, please contact me and let me know, because I may be able to change them or add another group course into my schedule to fit in with you.

For private courses, I will do my best to fit in with you, however if you have specific dates that you have to fit in with, please contact me before signing up so that I can let you know if I’m booked out at that time.

I’m pretty flexible with my schedule, so I can usually schedule classes for days or evenings depending on when you are available.

If you’d like to know when is the best time in your pregnancy to do the course, my answer is usually, “It’s great to do the classes towards the end of your pregnancy, but if you can do it earlier, that’s a wonderful option too, because you’ll have more time to get the most out of the course that way!”

It’s not just the birth that we discuss in this course. It’s the entire journey. Pregnancy, baby, relationships, bonding, planning for the birth and planning for post partum… plus also obviously the physiological birth education itself.

We work on understanding and enjoying the entire journey, and if you do that, it will all mesh together much easier for your birth.

The classes can be done at any time of your pregnancy, so if you’d like to do it earlier, that’s great! Or if you’d rather wait until later, that’s great too! I find that if you’re confident about your birth and have no fear about it, you’re bonding with baby, anxiety about decisions isn’t an issue, and you would mainly like to use the course to learn HypnoBirthing techniques for labour, then starting at 20 weeks, or 25 weeks, or 30 weeks is great.

Or if you feel like you’d like a bit more information about your options and pros/cons of different choices surrounding your birth, or if you feel like you have a bit of fear about childbirth, or you’re not feeling bonded with baby, then doing the course early is a really great option too.

Personally, I did the course when I was 16 weeks pregnant and that was perfect for me, as I didn’t realise I actually did still have some fear and emotion about my birth. The course helped me to work past that early, and make decisions about my birth with confidence and knowledge, rather than fear. Then I could just bliss out and enjoy my pregnancy, rather than spending it worrying or overthinking things. I truly was totally blissed out and happy for the entire pregnancy after doing the course!

However I’ve done the course with lots of couples at 30+ weeks pregnant, and they’ve loved that too!

It’s such a personal choice when you’d like to do the course, so feel free to have a think and if you have any questions, or you have a specific time you’d like to do the course, please feel free to contact me.

What happens after you sign up and pay the deposit?

Once your class dates are confirmed, if you have signed up for the HypnoBirthing® course, I’ll post you out your copy of the “HypnoBirthing®: The Mongan Method” official book in the mail, (or bring it with me to your first class if you would like to start your classes immediately). Then that’s all the pre-class stuff done! I’ll then see you for your first class on the date we’ve scheduled! Exciting!

If you’ve signed up for the HypnoMothering® course, but not the HypnoBirthing® course, I’ll email you to confirm your place in the class and also send you an invoice for any fee still remaining. Then I’ll see you in class!

Happy with your choice? You can use the form to sign up below!

Trust Breathe Birth - HypnoBirthing in Bunbury & Surrounds shared their event.

    { This Sunday }

Calling all Expectant Mum's and New Mum's!

I have a HypnoMothering® workshop coming up in Bunbury this Sunday! Places are limited so bookings are essential.

I'm not sure when the next one will be scheduled, so if you'd like to take part in this workshop, now is a great time to sign up!

Feel free to share this event with your friends if you know someone who may be interested.

    What is it?...

HypnoMothering® is a fun, practical, 2.5 hour class which teaches techniques to help deal with the challenges that new Mums face & help ease the transition into motherhood.

Rather than focusing on "parenting advice" for baby, this class instead discusses things that Mum's deal with themselves, and it offers resources and techniques to help you in those situations (Mum guilt, exhaustion, judgement, loneliness, etc).

It's a class which is designed by Mum's, for Mums.

    When: 8th of January 2017

HypnoMothering® for Post Partum Mums: 10am-12.30pm

    HypnoMothering® for Pregnant Mums: 2pm-4.30pm

Where: Bunbury Counselling, Spencer Street, Bunbury

    Cost: $75 - $100

    Bookings Essential.

As well as doing the class itself, you also get 8 relaxation tracks to take home with you. The relaxation tracks are specifically designed to help Mum's with issues such as sleep, bonding and anxiety.

HypnoMothering® is a stand alone class that meshes in well with the HypnoBirthing course, however it can be done by any pregnant Mum or new Mum, regardless of if you have done the HypnoBirthing course or not. You don't need to have done the HypnoBirthing course to do the HypnoMothering® class.

If you'd like to join me, you can enrol directly from my website here: www.trustbreathebirth.com.au/hypnobirthing/enrol-in-a-class/

Some of the topics and techniques covered in HypnoMothering® include:

    - Hypnotherapy and other techniques for anxiousness & sleep issues.

    - Tips and techniques to guide new mothers through a gentle transition into motherhood.

    - Discussions and techniques to Empower new mothers to embrace their own unique journey free from outside expectations or judgment.

    - How to make the most of limited sleep or broken sleep cycles

    - How to stay calm and centred through stressful situations

    - How to develop your maternal instincts

    - A safe place for mothers to find focus and clarity amidst the myriad of feelings and challenges that come with motherhood

If you would like to chat more about any of my classes, feel free to pm me. I'm always happy to answer questions!

    HypnoMothering® Bunbury Group Classes - January 2017

Trust Breathe Birth - HypnoBirthing in Bunbury & Surrounds shared their event.

2017 marks the year that I will officially be stepping back from doula-ing.

HypnoBirthing, birth education and families will continue to be where my heart lies, but with homeschooling my own 4 kiddos, and my hubby starting up his own mobile mechanic business, my time is pretty stretched so I'll be taking a good look at my HypnoBirthing schedule as well.

Which means that if you'd like to learn HypnoBirthing for your upcoming birth, I can't stress strongly enough, please consider doing my January course to ensure you don't miss out!

If you're pregnant, due in the first half of 2017 and would like to enjoy your pregnancy and want to spend it bonding with your baby, then you're planning to birth your baby without fear, but with confidence and joy, I highly recommend you join my January HypnoBirthing course so you don't miss out! I'm not sure when my next one will be scheduled after that.

Please feel free to share this event with your friends.

I know it's a hard time of year for a family budget, but payment plans are available and I promise you will not regret doing this course. It's totally worth it.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
