HypnoBirthing® Throughout Australia

Would you like to learn HypnoBirthing®, but you don’t have a HypnoBirthing® practitioner in your area? That’s ok! I may be able to come to you. Or I could do your classes via Skype!

Here’s my three options for if you’d like to learn HypnoBirthing®, based on your location…

In person.

Do you live in the South West of WA? That’s great! If you’re within 30km of Bunbury/Dardanup, there’s no travel cost to do the course!

Do you live within 50km of Bunbury/Dardanup? I can still come to you! I just charge a travel fee of $50 on top of the course fee.

Live within 150km of Bunbury/Dardanup? I can still come to you! A travel fee will be added, based on how far away you are, but the fee will be minimal, just so I can cover my extra travel costs.

Within 500km of Bunbury/Dardanup? Believe it or not, I may still be able to come to you. I travel regularly, so if I’m travelling close to your area when you’d like to do the course, I may be able to incorporate your classes into my schedule. Please contact me if you would like to know if this would be an option for you.

More than 500km away from Bunbury/Dardanup? No problem at all! Just scroll down for my Wanderlust Package if you’d like to know more about how you can get me to your town so you can do your course in person, or I’m also happy to do the course with you via Skype.

Via Skype.

I can do the entire course with you via Skype, regardless of where you live! I’ll post your book, digital track and all handouts out to you, then do one class a week for 5 weeks at a time that suits you.

Cost: $600 for the full course for one couple, including all books and materials.

or $400 per couple for the full course if there’s more than one couple sitting in on the same sessions. This also includes separate books and materials for each couple, as well as an additional one hour private Skype session for each couple individually, so parents can ask me any questions privately that they may not want to share with the other couples, or chat with me about their personal birth plans one on one. This one hour Skype session can be done at any time either before, during, or after the course ends, depending on when suits the parents.

In person via my Wanderlust Package.

If you live in rural or remote Australia and you’d like to do the HypnoBirthing course with me in person, just let me know and I’ll see if I can do a trip to your area, to teach you the course as you prepare for your upcoming birth! Depending on how far away you are, usually, the more couples I can teach in the time that I’m visiting your area, the more likely I’m going to be able to visit. The classes fund my travelling, so if you have some friends who would also like to do the course, that would be wonderful and would help in securing my availability to come to your area!

I can do group classes or individual classes while I’m there… I love both options, so please feel free to contact me and I’ll help you to work something out.

What’s included?

The HypnoBirthing® course goes for 5 weeks, with one 2.5 hour class each week during that time, totalling 12.5 hours of childbirth education by the time you’re done. Also included in the course are all handouts, plus the official HypnoBirthing®: The Mongan Method book, CD’s/digital tracks and homework assignments explained in detail.

Where do I travel to and how much does it cost?

Prices depend on how far away your town is from me and how many other couples are doing the course while I’m in your town. I will consider going anywhere as long as there’s enough couples to teach! Generally speaking, the further away you are from the south west of WA, the more couples I would need to cover my costs. The couples don’t need to all be from the same town, but they all do need to be within a reasonable driving distance if people are wanting separate individual classes.

To give you a baseline idea, if I was to teach the HypnoBirthing course in my home town, it costs $600 for a private course in the comfort of your own home, or $450 for a group course in a professional venue. If I’m totally booked out for a Wanderlust package, I may be able to do that same price, as my extra costs would be covered by the full classes. However, if there aren’t as many couples signed up as I need to cover my extra costs due to travelling further than usual etc, I may need to charge the couples who are signed up a bit more than normal, to make it possible for me to afford to come to your town. If that’s the case, I’ll give you all the information you need beforehand, so you can make a decision that you’re comfortable with, before you commit to signing up.

Interested? What should you do now?

If you’re interested in getting me to your town to teach HypnoBirthing® through my Wanderlust package, the first thing that I’d recommend you do, is to find out if there’s anyone else in your area who would be interested in learning HypnoBirthing® in that timeframe too. It doesn’t have to be in a group. I can teach multiple individual classes, or one big group class, or a smaller group class and a few individual classes throughout the area… whatever works. But knowing that there’s others in your area who are interested in learning HypnoBirthing® if I were to come to your town will help me to work out if/when I can come to your area and will also help me work out a cost per couple. I try to keep costs as low as possible, which is why I recommend finding other couples who would like to do the course while I’m there too. The more couples who are interested, the better it is for you financially, as I have more couples to split the cost between so it’s not so expensive for you.

If you’ve asked around and have an idea if there are others who would be interested, feel free to contact me and let me know and I’ll get started on the process of organising to come to your town.

Or if you’ve asked around, but haven’t been able to find other couples who are interested in doing the course, still feel free to let me know and I may be able help you out with that too, by asking from my Facebook page or Instagram profile. If you’re wanting to do the course, I’ll always do my best to help that happen.

Once I have enough couples interested in the course to make it possible for me to consider visiting your area, I’ll work out a timeframe for when I can get there, let you all know a price per couple, any also let you know any other info you may need to know. I’ll send a tailored information package out to everyone.

There are still no obligations up to this point.

Once the information package is sent out, everyone who is wanting to go ahead with the course will need to sign up and pay a deposit to secure their place. Once enough deposits are paid, the trip will be officially booked into my schedule! If there aren’t enough couples signed up by the date stated in my information package, all paid deposits will be returned and the course will be cancelled

I love travelling, so it’s really no bother for me to come to you. If you’d like me to come to your area to teach HypnoBirthing®, please contact me and I’ll combine my love of travel with my love of birth education and you’ll be taught HypnoBirthing® by one very happy lady 🙂

    { This Sunday }

Calling all Expectant Mum's and New Mum's!

I have a HypnoMothering® workshop coming up in Bunbury this Sunday! Places are limited so bookings are essential.

I'm not sure when the next one will be scheduled, so if you'd like to take part in this workshop, now is a great time to sign up!

Feel free to share this event with your friends if you know someone who may be interested.

    What is it?...

HypnoMothering® is a fun, practical, 2.5 hour class which teaches techniques to help deal with the challenges that new Mums face & help ease the transition into motherhood.

Rather than focusing on "parenting advice" for baby, this class instead discusses things that Mum's deal with themselves, and it offers resources and techniques to help you in those situations (Mum guilt, exhaustion, judgement, loneliness, etc).

It's a class which is designed by Mum's, for Mums.

    When: 8th of January 2017

HypnoMothering® for Post Partum Mums: 10am-12.30pm

    HypnoMothering® for Pregnant Mums: 2pm-4.30pm

Where: Bunbury Counselling, Spencer Street, Bunbury

    Cost: $75 - $100

    Bookings Essential.

As well as doing the class itself, you also get 8 relaxation tracks to take home with you. The relaxation tracks are specifically designed to help Mum's with issues such as sleep, bonding and anxiety.

HypnoMothering® is a stand alone class that meshes in well with the HypnoBirthing course, however it can be done by any pregnant Mum or new Mum, regardless of if you have done the HypnoBirthing course or not. You don't need to have done the HypnoBirthing course to do the HypnoMothering® class.

If you'd like to join me, you can enrol directly from my website here: www.trustbreathebirth.com.au/hypnobirthing/enrol-in-a-class/

Some of the topics and techniques covered in HypnoMothering® include:

    - Hypnotherapy and other techniques for anxiousness & sleep issues.

    - Tips and techniques to guide new mothers through a gentle transition into motherhood.

    - Discussions and techniques to Empower new mothers to embrace their own unique journey free from outside expectations or judgment.

    - How to make the most of limited sleep or broken sleep cycles

    - How to stay calm and centred through stressful situations

    - How to develop your maternal instincts

    - A safe place for mothers to find focus and clarity amidst the myriad of feelings and challenges that come with motherhood

If you would like to chat more about any of my classes, feel free to pm me. I'm always happy to answer questions!

    HypnoMothering® Bunbury Group Classes - January 2017

Trust Breathe Birth - HypnoBirthing in Bunbury & Surrounds shared their event.

2017 marks the year that I will officially be stepping back from doula-ing.

HypnoBirthing, birth education and families will continue to be where my heart lies, but with homeschooling my own 4 kiddos, and my hubby starting up his own mobile mechanic business, my time is pretty stretched so I'll be taking a good look at my HypnoBirthing schedule as well.

Which means that if you'd like to learn HypnoBirthing for your upcoming birth, I can't stress strongly enough, please consider doing my January course to ensure you don't miss out!

If you're pregnant, due in the first half of 2017 and would like to enjoy your pregnancy and want to spend it bonding with your baby, then you're planning to birth your baby without fear, but with confidence and joy, I highly recommend you join my January HypnoBirthing course so you don't miss out! I'm not sure when my next one will be scheduled after that.

Please feel free to share this event with your friends.

I know it's a hard time of year for a family budget, but payment plans are available and I promise you will not regret doing this course. It's totally worth it.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
