Promote your stuff!

You may have noticed that I have some space for advertising on my blog. Imagine all the people who would see your business if it was displayed there!

You may have also noticed that I love Facebook and Instagram.

I can reach lots of people in your target market easily and I’d love to use these methods to help you promote your stuff!

I blog about birth, homeschooling, parenting, travelling, natural learning methods for kids, educational experiences, family days out, kids, babies, parenting, marriage, my views… so if any of those are relevant to you, and your business doesn’t go against my holistic lifestyle, you may benefit from my audience.

Some info for you to consider if you’re thinking of advertising on my blog and/or social media:

I get a lot of visitors to the blog. Seriously lots. Every single day.

– I have 200 followers on Instagram and 400 followers on Facebook. They’re all lovely people and interact regularly.

– The visitors I get to my blog are currently from all over the world. To give you an idea on visitor numbers, I’ve had a minimum of 250 individual visitors to my blog every day for the past 5 months (these are actual human visitors… this number doesn’t include the computerised feelers that are constantly sweeping through the internet). This means that anyone from all over the world could benefit from advertising on my blog. It’s not restricted to Australia. The places where the most visitors to my site come from are Australia, USA, UK.

– I’m planning on going travelling throughout Australia over the next few months and I will be blogging about my experience. This means that as well as my usual audience of pregnant women and homeschooling families, I may also be attracting another audience, who are also focussed on family travel. So businesses who sell travel gear that would suit families, you may also benefit from the people who will be reading my posts.

Advertising packages:

All advertising on my blog and social media will be organic. I won’t post it as an “advertisement” style post. The form of advertising I do from my blog/social media isn’t so much “advertising”, but rather me talking about my experiences with your product/s, or my thoughts about your product/s. We’ll work together to organise social media posts.

Banners on my blog will be displayed in the sidebar on all the blog pages. You’ll currently see my “Wanderlust”, “Affirmations” and “Promote Your Business” banners there.

It can be as simple as a flat fee for a review, or it could be that you send me your item (or allow me to come to your event) for free and I will write a review about it in return. We can work together on this to figure out something we’re both happy with. Please contact me if you are interested in me writing a review for your business/item/event.

Trust Breathe Birth - HypnoBirthing in Bunbury & Surrounds shared their event.

{ This Sunday }

Calling all Expectant Mum's and New Mum's!

I have a HypnoMothering® workshop coming up in Bunbury this Sunday! Places are limited so bookings are essential.

I'm not sure when the next one will be scheduled, so if you'd like to take part in this workshop, now is a great time to sign up!

Feel free to share this event with your friends if you know someone who may be interested.

What is it?...

HypnoMothering® is a fun, practical, 2.5 hour class which teaches techniques to help deal with the challenges that new Mums face & help ease the transition into motherhood.

Rather than focusing on "parenting advice" for baby, this class instead discusses things that Mum's deal with themselves, and it offers resources and techniques to help you in those situations (Mum guilt, exhaustion, judgement, loneliness, etc).

It's a class which is designed by Mum's, for Mums.

When: 8th of January 2017

HypnoMothering® for Post Partum Mums: 10am-12.30pm

HypnoMothering® for Pregnant Mums: 2pm-4.30pm

Where: Bunbury Counselling, Spencer Street, Bunbury

Cost: $75 - $100

Bookings Essential.

As well as doing the class itself, you also get 8 relaxation tracks to take home with you. The relaxation tracks are specifically designed to help Mum's with issues such as sleep, bonding and anxiety.

HypnoMothering® is a stand alone class that meshes in well with the HypnoBirthing course, however it can be done by any pregnant Mum or new Mum, regardless of if you have done the HypnoBirthing course or not. You don't need to have done the HypnoBirthing course to do the HypnoMothering® class.

If you'd like to join me, you can enrol directly from my website here: www.trustbreathebirth.com.au/hypnobirthing/enrol-in-a-class/

Some of the topics and techniques covered in HypnoMothering® include:

- Hypnotherapy and other techniques for anxiousness & sleep issues.

- Tips and techniques to guide new mothers through a gentle transition into motherhood.

- Discussions and techniques to Empower new mothers to embrace their own unique journey free from outside expectations or judgment.

- How to make the most of limited sleep or broken sleep cycles

- How to stay calm and centred through stressful situations

- How to develop your maternal instincts

- A safe place for mothers to find focus and clarity amidst the myriad of feelings and challenges that come with motherhood

If you would like to chat more about any of my classes, feel free to pm me. I'm always happy to answer questions!

HypnoMothering® Bunbury Group Classes - January 2017

Trust Breathe Birth - HypnoBirthing in Bunbury & Surrounds shared their event.

2017 marks the year that I will officially be stepping back from doula-ing.

HypnoBirthing, birth education and families will continue to be where my heart lies, but with homeschooling my own 4 kiddos, and my hubby starting up his own mobile mechanic business, my time is pretty stretched so I'll be taking a good look at my HypnoBirthing schedule as well.

Which means that if you'd like to learn HypnoBirthing for your upcoming birth, I can't stress strongly enough, please consider doing my January course to ensure you don't miss out!

If you're pregnant, due in the first half of 2017 and would like to enjoy your pregnancy and want to spend it bonding with your baby, then you're planning to birth your baby without fear, but with confidence and joy, I highly recommend you join my January HypnoBirthing course so you don't miss out! I'm not sure when my next one will be scheduled after that.

Please feel free to share this event with your friends.

I know it's a hard time of year for a family budget, but payment plans are available and I promise you will not regret doing this course. It's totally worth it.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
